Payment Terms

The following payment terms apply to all sales and services.

B2C

  • Cash and immediate payment.

B2B

  • Invoices payable within 14 calendar days from invoice date.

Late payment

  • Interest and fixed compensation of 10% are due.
  • Minimum fixed compensation: EUR 40.00.

Complaints

  • Any complaint must be made in writing within 7 calendar days.
