A master ice cream maker born in Uccle, trained in Leuven and refined at the Carpigiani Gelato University in Bologna. Philippe combines an entrepreneurial spirit with a lifelong passion for flavour.
We pursue the highest standard in artisanal ice cream, working only with carefully selected ingredients, delivering premium quality at scale without compromise.
The name
