For this flavour, RALPH & ROXY’S uses real Belgian speculoos, following the original Lotus recipe. The authentic biscuit, known for its warm spices and gentle caramelisation, carefully crafted into a creamy gelato.

Deep and rounded, spiced without sharpness, sweet without excess. Velvety smooth and comforting, spoon after spoon.
