We pursue the highest standard in artisanal ice cream, working only with carefully selected ingredients.

Our challenge — and our expertise — lies in translating these flavours and recipes into larger volumes, without compromise.

Today, our work includes supplying premium partners operating at scale, where consistency and reliability are essential.

Passion

Philippe Bogaert, masterful ice cream maker and founder of the brand "RALPH & ROXY’S," has grown into a true artisan in the craft of gelato creation.

Born in Uccle, shaped by his studies in Leuven, and further refined at the renowned Carpigiani Gelato University in Bologna, he blends entrepreneurship and expertise with a deep passion for flavour.

Inspired by joy

Since the birth of their children, Roxanne and Ralph, Philippe and Elske have been inspired by the pure joy that ice cream can bring. This led to the creation of "RALPH & ROXY’S" — a brand that offers not just ice cream, but an experience of refinement, flavour, and emotion.

Mission

At RALPH & ROXY’S, we create moments of happiness with every scoop by handcrafting delicious, honest ice cream from pure ingredients. We believe joy should be shared — in our neighborhood and beyond — by building a business that supports people, respects the planet, and celebrates the simple pleasure of truly good ice cream.

Vision

To become the most beloved local ice cream brand by bringing people together around authentic flavors, ethical ingredients, and a shared passion for simple, sustainable joy — one scoop at a time.

Responsibility

We support the social economy through thoughtful partnerships.

One of these is our collaboration with the Alexians Care Group, a social employment initiative for people with psychological vulnerabilities.

Within this framework, participants engage in structured, work-related activities that respect individual pace and capacity, offering purpose, rhythm and opportunities for personal development and social participation.
