Cuberdon is pure nostalgia.
At RALPH & ROXY’S, we start with real Belgian cuberdons the original “neuzekes” from Ghent. They are slowly melted and blended into full cream milk, allowing their distinctive raspberry notes to shine.

The result is a gelato that is playful yet refined. Soft, rounded, lightly floral, with a gentle sweetness that never overwhelms.

  • Our Cuberdon contains MILK (LACTOSE).

  • Our small artisan batches are produced with cuberdons, whole milk, cream, skimmed milk powder, sucrose, dextrose, glucose, inulin, salt, egg yolk, raspberry puree, guar gum & locust bean gum.
